Working with Doula Love was great. We were matched with two doulas based on information we provided on an intake form and had the chance to interview them both before hiring. Both were great matches, and we looked the type of energy one had a bit more than the other, AshLee Lezama. She was a breath of fresh air. She had the perfect attitude and energy for us, and made me feel confident in preparation for and during my birth. She was knowledgeable and calm, and exactly what we needed throughout the whole experience. I had a precipitous labor, and not only was she at the hospital as we arrived based on her intuition from how our text communications were going, but she was vital in providing quick information and much needed counter pressure to help me cope until other pain management options were available.
