Midwest Doulas came highly recommended by the midwife practice I worked with for prenatal care. As it was my first pregnancy, I wanted additional birth and postpartum support. The service packages offered by Midwest Doulas exceeded my expectations and seemed well worth the cost. Upon meeting the team through virtual visits, I felt so at ease and supported. Justine was easily accessible throughout the remainder of my pregnancy by text, call or email. I felt prepared with my birth preferences and armed with evidence based information regarding my options. Justine provided the absolute best coaching during my birth and I cannot imagine going through birth without the unwavering support and reassurance she provided both me and my husband!!! I felt empowered, strong, and less fearful going into my first birth with Justine and her team guiding me. Care and support continued after birth with an at home check in AND an overnight stay that allowed us all some much needed sleep. Thank you Justine, Ale and Rachel.
