We don’t know how Dilpreet does it all, but we are so incredibly grateful and thankful to have Dilpreet as our doula to guide us through the daunting but exciting journey of childbirth. We truly believe her presence throughout the birth process was a huge factor in the successes we had during the laboring process. Her ability to help us navigate the choices laid out by the hospital team, the key details she picked up on to help with the decisions, the ‘little’ big things like getting Mom in the right positions, lunge exercises, massaging, and affirmations to help relax her - all led to getting the baby in a better position than if we were to have done this unguided. With Dilpreet’s sense of calm, we knew we were in good hands. Dilpreet did it all while being professional and most importantly, with care and compassion. We feel so lucky to have had Dilpreet as our doula to help bring our baby into this world.
