Shilpa was my postpartum doula, and she was very tuned into what I needed post my baby's birth. She visited me the same day my daughter was born (2 weeks early) and brought me delcious home cooked food and herbal tea. We constantly kept in touch and she visited my home several times to take care of my baby so I could get some much needed rest. She also went out of her way to bring me home cooked food and tea, which was much appreciated for my recovery. In addition to her great knowledge about ayurvedic herbs, she also does bodywork and breathwork to help you feel grounded. Her bodywork helped to restore me from long days and nights of constant breastfeeding.
