I highly recommend working with Natasha. She suggested wonderful childbirth and newborn prep courses which really helped me understand my choices and preferences for delivery. While my labor and delivery didn’t go as planned and ended in a c-section, Natasha’s presence during labor was calming and supportive, helping affirm the decisions my husband and I made, and offering information about what to expect. She was very familiar with UMass Memorial’s practices and staff as well. She was kind and supportive in our postpartum meeting and gave us a wonderful, detailed, written timeline of the labor and delivery. It was a blur, and I appreciate having something to help me remember everything.
