I worked with Claire for overnight postpartum support starting when my son was a couple months old and struggling with colic / reflux issues. We continued to work with her for support as needed in the months that followed. She gave us incredible, valuable guidance throughout the 4 month sleep regression: She helped us to establish a bedtime routine, a feeding schedule, and an overall better sleeping environment for our little one. She also went above and beyond to support me personally when I struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety. She was compassionate and non-judgemental, and she always brought a warm and positive energy to our home. She helped me to navigate my insecurities as a new mom with complete understanding, and was a lifeline to me during a moment of crisis. She cared deeply for our son and always engaged him in developmental activities during daytime support. When Claire supported us overnight, we awoke rested to a home that felt completely refreshed (honestly, it was in better shape than before).
