This was my second pregnancy and I wanted to labor naturally in order to achieve that I looked for a Doula. When I found Sarina's account I kept coming back to it and I felt like immediately we connected. I felt comfortable speaking with her and I felt heard and understood. We worked together during my pregnancy which ended up being high risk and Sarina handled my emotional distress from the diagnosis. Her postivity and calm demeanor helped put me at ease as well as her willingness to help me find information and literature about the diagnosis. She did such a great job attending to me both physically and emotionally. She made sure I was comfortable with whatever labor position we were going to try to get the baby out. She made sure to check in with me about how I was feeling and encouraged me throughout my labor to help me achieve the medication free delivery that I was striving for. Her touch was comforting and really brought me both physical and emotional relief. Her words of encouragement were so kind and helped me to believe I could do this. She was such a good labor advocate and if I had to do it again it would have to be Sarina. She really made me feel like we were family. Her empathy really shines through even through text messages you can tell she really cares about you and your journey. She is the best doula I could have had!
