Kate helped me have the unmedicated birth I was planning and hoping for! She gave us lots of helpful information before the birth and also came to our house in early labor so I was able to delay going to the hospital. Her massage and hip pressing really helped me relax while also allowing labor to progress while we were at home. She was also a great motivator in the delivery room and helped advocate for several different pushing positions. She is such a sweet person and provided me invaluable emotional and physical support throughout my pregnancy and labor. I am so glad I decided to work with Kate, as I now have both a beautiful daughter and an empowering birth story to share with her!
