I just gave birth to my first baby and I cannot thank Rocky enough for how she impacted my experience! The meetings with Rocky leading up to labor and delivery gave me so much peace of mind. Rocky is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to talk through all the stages of the process and how she would be there to support. During labor she was very involved and asked what positions would be helpful. She gave suggestions, and helped me and my husband determine what we could try throughout labor to help ease pain and push. Rocky has a calming but strong energy that was so amazing to have in the delivery room. After the birth Rocky did a postpartum visit and has been a wonderful resource for the many questions that pop up postpartum!
