Michelle was amazing! In the beginning, we weren’t sure if we needed a doula but I am so glad we decided on Michelle. I immediately felt comfortable with her and with an interesting pregnancy journey, she was the stable part of my care team. Her knowledge of the healthcare system and advice throughout my pregnancy was invaluable. She took the time to get to know the whole family, (even the cat!) and always kept our wishes in mind.
She helped us prepare for labor and came to the hospital prepared with all the things we forgot and didn’t think to bring. She jumped right in and the midwives and staff were so impressed they asked for her information to share. It was such a relief to have her there helping not only me, but my husband as well. Her guidance and calm disposition helped everything go as smoothly as possible. I also love the photos she was able to take and look at them often.
I truly can’t say enough good things about Michele’s work and would recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.
