I can not say enough good things about Sarah. We're a military family that PCSed to the area about a month before I was to deliver my second child. As a fellow military spouse, she understood a lot of the challenges I was facing. Being new to the area and my husband in training, I wasn't sure what kind of support I was going to have so I reached out and was matched with Sarah. She instantly made me feel like we had known each other for years and was such a wealth of information. I felt very informed, supported and prepared. During labor, she made the whole room feel calmer, she kept me hydrated, and helped encourage position changes. I had an amazing birth experience and felt so empowered thanks to Sarah. Her postpartum check-ins have been the extra support I didn't know I needed. Yummy healing foods and extra attention for my first kiddo have just made this whole life change even better.
