Scarlett served as our night nanny over the past two months, and she quickly became a invaluable part of our family, providing us with peace of mind and support with our newborn son during the night hours, from the day we brought our son home from the hospital after a difficult and painful delivery. She consistently applied this knowledge while our son was under her care. She often went above and beyond without asking, and it truly felt like she was there to support us through this journey in whatever we needed, versus being there to do a job as others may do. For example, when she observed my challenges with lactation, without being asked, she created a nursing/pumping schedule for me to support me. She struck the perfect balance of offering advice but not in a pushy way, answering numerous questions and sharing her experiences, and offering encouragement when we needed it the most. She was always punctual, flexible and had great communication with us.
