Ally is a wonderful doula because of her knowledge and calming presence during labor. I had a very long labor and Ally was there for me every step of the way, she held my hand for countless hours, offered massage techniques but most importantly she had me get into different positions to help my labor progress. She encouraged me when I thought I could no longer push myself, she also supported my husband and helped guide him on support techniques during labor. I would hands down hire her again and recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding doula. She also offers other services post partum that are super helpful like breast feeding sessions and baby wearing sessions. I personally did the breast feeding session with her and I learned so much that I was pumping milk within the next day of our session.
