On June 19, 2024, we went to the hospital because my friend got induced. While at the hospital things were not going as planned and we were very nervous. We wanted answers but felt like we were kinda rushed . I was introduced to Shamika by a friend. She immediately called us wanted to know the information regarding what was happening. She gave us information. She was very compassionate very resourceful. She she coached us the whole time we were there. She also created a group chat to give us information , and also to provide answered to questions the family had . She gave us alternatives. She talked about hospitals procedures, medications with full explanation . She was amazing. I really recommend Shamika , she Really made the family feel at ease when we were in a complicated situation. She made us make sense of the situation and I will say Shamika is very passionate about her job and it's hard to find somebody who is passionate & resourceful. She knew all the answers to our questions. She has so much passion for her job to help others . She coached us through the C-section. She coached the mother after the birth, and she coached the mother on breast-feeding. I will recommend her to anybody. She was amazing ,and we appreciate what she did for us . She not only worked with the mom , but with the family . And to end this, I will say that it's very hard to find somebody who is knowledgeable in hospital procedures, medicine, and alternatives , yet passionate about what she's doing . We were extremely impressed with the professionalism.
