Additionally, Melissa was flexible and accomodated our work schedules to meet with us several times before delivery.
Something I didn't anticipate, Melissa was able to let the hospital triage know we were on our way to the hospital which made our check in easy and seemless. Her attention to detail and relationship with various providers ensured our experience was a positive one.
