Ines is an incredible doula and provided so much support and knowledge to me and my husband as first time parents. We met with her several times before the birth to go over different exercises to prepare for labor, as well as while in labor. She walked us through the labor process and answered any questions we had. While I was in labor she massaged my hips and belly to help the baby move down. She was constantly helping me get into new positions and walking me through the process. I felt very supported and well cared for by her. I highly recommend working with Ines for your birth!
