As a husband I’ll be the first one to admit, I had no clue what a doula was until my wife told me. I did however see the benefits a doula could bring to the table when she explained it to me. Christina was absolutely amazing and she made everything so much easier. She was able to answer any questions we had and gave us much needed information. Having a doula was very beneficial for my wife, because she was able to help her body prepare for the birth. For anyone who is thinking about using a doula, I would highly recommend it.
