After doing some research and understanding the evidence of their benefits, we decided to go ahead and are so glad we did. Without Leanne, I don’t know I would have been able to meet my goal of not having the epidural. Her support techniques and overall energy made for such a positive experience during pregnancy, labour and postpartum. In hindsight, I can’t imagine going through it, especially labour, without her.
