Amanda came to us as a baby expert with a kind and gentle presence.
Our baby spent 3 days in the NICU and came home exclusively bottle fed. With Amanda's help, we were able to transition baby back to breastfeeding. Amanda is a baby whisperer. Her extensive baby experience provided us with the insight to know what was normal vs maybe we should check with our pediatrician. Our baby had lots of fussy days. In addition to taking care of baby, Amanda helped teach us different ways to sooth our baby and help us help baby sleep in a crib.
Amanda is up to date on the current health guidelines regarding breastmilk, bottle cleaning, safe baby sleep, baby wearing, etc. Amanda took great care of a second time mom recovering from a difficult c-section, a dad short on sleep, and a four year old sibling adjusting to life with new baby. Amanda was respectful and non-judgemental of all of our family home, customs, rules, and interactions. Amanda is a fantastic cook! Don't miss out on her meal prep. She crafted amazing meals, stocked the freezer, and left the kitchen cleaner than before.
