She understood and anticipated my needs whether that was making sure I was always hydrated (while breastfeeding), nourished (she brought me homemade bread!), or just heard/validated in my feelings. I felt so comfortable with her holding my baby so I could actually shower and take care of things around the house while knowing my baby was safe and cared for.
