Dinora was my birth doula for the delivery of my first child and was very helpful the entire time. She was especially helpful in getting me to breath and stay calm during contractions, gave me massages to ease them and also talked with us about non-birth related topics to keep my mind off the pain. She made sure I stayed hydrated and drank water after every contraction which really helped lots. I was super comfortable with her and there was nothing but good energy with her around. I didn't have a doula prior to going into labor and she was called in last minute to come help, so I'm extremely grateful for that. I definitely would want her to be my birth doula again in the future.
