We hired Leanne very last minute after receiving news that our baby would be born with an abdominal cyst. We were fortunate to meet with her as one of her other babies had been born early so she had some availability. We wanted extra support as we did not know what the days following our daughter's birth would look like. Leanne was kind, thoughtful and assertive - all qualities that were important for us as we welcomed our new addition. She was so attentive and validating before, during and after our daughter was born and we felt very cared for. Our midwives also love working with her and she demonstrated respect for each of our choices that we wanted in our birth plan. She also advocated for my needs in the hospital - making sure I got food and rest after delivery and also when she visited us in our home. We cannot thank Leanne enough for her kindness and care.
