I don’t know where to begin, Michelle is truly an earth side angle. If you are on the fence about having a doula support you through your pregnancy, birth and postpartum, I am here to tell you, you need Michelle. From our very first meet and greet it felt like we had been friends for ages. Talking to her about any and everything ranging from pregnancy to our dogs to home renovations (??) was so easy and her sense of humor immediately won me over. I knew I would feel confident and safe with her by our side during our little guys birth. She sent us so much wonderful information and helped me find resources when I had questions or needed clarification. Our visits throughout my pregnancy were so relaxing and fun and let me tell you the reflexology and Reiki saved my poor feet. Then came our little one’s actual birth, Michelle was available and so patient with us as this was our first child. She helped me get what would turn out to be a VERY needed nap while I was in early labor. She was right by my side and sooo supportive of my wishes when it came to wanting as little medical intervention as possible and really helped me advocate for myself. I can never thank her enough for helping me get through back labor for EIGHT hours of pushing. I truly feel without her support I would have ended up having a c section. I cannot say enough good things about her and would recommend her to anyone in need of a doula. She was there for us before, during and after delivery.
