Id like to say For the Dads out there Having a on the team. During the 4th quarter she's locked in. Having her apart of our Birthing experience worked wonders for us. And I Do strongly believe without her. We wouldnt have had a natural birth with all the things against us due to pregnancy... As for pre baby she's there with you through through the birthing plan. And prepping you well in advance. If your like me I was taking notes along the way so that when the day came.I already knew have the battle and that's keeping wife secure and calm...when it came to the day all the movements and rockings and dancing back and forth was all paramount to my baby girl arriving naturally. If I can give any advice to anyone. Have Jen on your team she can really back you up against doctors who have their own agenda or even lax nurses she ensures an extra layer of comfort during this rocky process. My first child was about 11 years ago and I wasn't fortunate to have a doula on my team then. So to have this beautiful experience anid a natural birth I'm forever blessed. Thanks Jen. Zalanis Daddy!
