Of course, I was very worried about my FIRST childbirth!!! The unknown scared me... I didn't know what I was capable of and what I could endure and go through. And how it all happens...

And then came the moment. When I realized that only YOU were needed! Not my husband, not my mom, not my dad, not my friends, and no one else... but YOU!

I have always been and remain a sensitive person to people, surroundings, and emotions. And my husband's intuition did not fail us, we understood in one moment that at this important moment in our life, you were as necessary as air... as breath... as a guide...

And I was amazed at how attentively you cared for me every second! Every inhale, exhale, contraction, desire, request you caught and helped me endure. It's priceless how much you psychologically supported me, how you set the right mood for me and chose words so that I wouldn't give up, but instead concentrate, but at the same time surrender to the situation like riding the waves and sensations. You helped me breathe, relax, move... I felt your warmth and caring enveloping me all the time, as if you were experiencing the same thing...

Thank you so much for this amazing experience of self-discovery, feminine nature, and the miracle of the birth of my first child.

P.S. If it weren't for YOU! I would have agreed to triple anesthesia everywhere and double cesarean :))
