All of her recommendations were well balanced with a natural holistic approach and I'm so grateful for her knowledge! The same goes for postpartum - Lisa has been SUCH a valuable resource and trusted source of information for many topics for both supporting our baby and me as well. For the labor and delivery itself, Lisa was an amazing asset to my 'team'. She was super adaptable to figure out how to support me among the rest of my 'team' (husband, mom, sisters) and I could not have done it without her. She offered great suggestions for laboring positions, she guided us through key decisions, and she was SO supportive throughout the whole process. When things did not go according to my plan, she helped us adjust and feel comfortable with the new path forward. Another added benefit of working with Lisa is the access to her partner, Tia, another doula and great resource for knowledge and support.
