Jackie supported the birth of my first baby in April 2024. She took the time to get to know me and my desires for my birth. As a fist time mother who had never experienced childbirth before, I was looking for a knowledgable support person who could help me achieve a natural birth in a hospital setting that was positive and respectful. Something that I sincerely appreciate about Jackie is how knowledgable and supportive she is. She has a wonderful calming energy about her that made me and my partner feel safe and like we were going to be just fine when she was around. I was fortunate enough to have an uncomplicated and efficient labor, but I knew that even if I did experience a natural stall in labor that Jackie had tools and techniques that would help me. Best of all, I knew that no matter what path I chose that Jackie would respect my decisions and support me 100%.
We are so appreciative of Jackie and cannot wait for her to support us through future births as well.
