Lindsee has been a dear friend of mine for several years! When I was pregnant with my first baby in 2019, Lindsee helped me by doing a 1-on-1 birthing class. I learned so many important things like different pushing options, things I could opt out of, and to trust my own body. She attended my son’s birth as my doula. She helped me find positions that would be more comfortable for me before I got my epidural. I remember her standing up beside me as I was pushing and encouraging me. Through the chaos, her voice was calming and reminded me to breathe.
While she wasn’t offering doula services at the time I was pregnant with my second son, I still used so many things from our education class and had another perfect delivery with my second.
Lindsee is one of the kindest, sweetest souls around! I highly recommend including her in your birthing plan! She honestly made my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum life less stressful with her support!
