I remember the first conversation I had with Elissa over the phone when I was inquiring about her services. She was so friendly, patient in answering my questions, and knowledgeable in all of her responses! I knew quickly I wanted to work with her! She was punctual to all of our meetings, quick to respond anytime I reached out to her, and she always provided articles and research to back up those answers. I was continually impressed by her and always felt so comfortable with her! She was an incredible coach and support during my birth. I also felt like she had the perfect balance of supporting me and coaching my husband through how to support me as well. She listened to what I needed and made everything clear to me every step of the way. She was a great advocate once my daughter was born to ensure I got everything I wanted (delayed cord clamping, skin to skin, and even certain photos or videos)! I could not have done it without her and I cannot recommend her enough! She helped me have the exact birth experience I hoped and worked for!
