Right from the start, Kaleigh made me feel heard, validated my fears and gave me more confidence. We had three prenatal sessions where she addressed any questions I had, educated me on physiological birth, helped me come up with my birth plan and gave me the best massages I've ever had in my life. When it came time for my delivery, Kaleigh drove to my home in the middle of the night in the pouring rain to go to the hospital with my husband and I. She was so amazing at the hospital, knowing when to step in and what to do and she stayed up the entire night with me! I remember actually thinking to myself, "Wow, thank God, I have Kaleigh here." Once my sweet girl was born, Kaleigh's love and kindness didn't stop. She took precious pictures and videos of my birth and I am so grateful for them. When it came time to leave the hospital, Kaleigh went above and beyond to help us take care of things at home. During the next few days in the hospital, Kaleigh checked in on me and offered help with breastfeeding over the phone and was even willing to come to the hospital to help if I needed it. I loved my postpartum period because of Kaleigh. She brought her gentle and loving energy to me every visit, made the most comforting and scrumptious and nutritious food for me, offered help with the baby (and let me tell you she really has a way with babies, its like she speaks their language) and cared for my body by either giving me a massage or drawing me a nice bath. She made me feel so looked after and that is priceless during a mother's postpartum period. During our two months together, Kaleigh became like a sister to me. She is so genuine and full of love and kindness and an absolute natural at supporting women during their journey of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I feel like I owe everything to her because I can look back on the birth of my baby girl and smile.
