When we hired Jen to be our doula I knew she was special. I knew she was extremely knowledgable and kind, but I didn't expect just how far above and beyond she would go for us. It is hard to put into words how valuable Jen has been. Jen showed a genuine interest in my pregnancy and was with me every step of the way. She frequently checked in to see how appointments went, provided support and information based on what I told her. I often texted her or called her and was always met with compassion, support and information. She is the best support system and truly an amazing person. She brought me a sense of calm throughout the entire process. Jen became a friend. Even after our time together ended, she still has checked in to see how my baby and I are doing.
