Jen was so helpful in the weeks and months following the birth of my second son. She spent a few hours with my family every week/every other week. Jen provided incredible support with meal prep, light cleaning, and most importantly, expertly caring for my baby so that I had a few hours to myself. On one of her first visits, I was nursing the baby when she arrived and she grabbed my water and filled it without me even asking. I knew then that she was there to support me, knew the types of things that were appreciated by new parents, and did not need to be given detailed instructions to be helpful (though I'm sure she'd do great with detailed instructions, too). I looked forward to her time with us each week, and always felt like we were in great hands. I wish more people had the privilege of postpartum doula support - it is so valuable. Highly recommend Jen!
