Having Melissa by my side during my birth was an experience I'll never forget. I'm so grateful to her and her practice for all the resources and education provided. While in labor, she instinctively knew how to help alleviate the pain with every contraction, and successfully collaborated with medical staff about my birth preferences. Right before my baby arrived, I was feeling exhausted and like I wanted to be done, but I'll always remember her voice telling me to keep going, I'm almost done and my baby boy will be here very soon. Before I knew it, my son was in my arms and I felt like the proudest, strongest woman on earth, and I know I wouldn't have been able to accomplish natural childbirth without Melissa. She is forever a part of our story and truly an inspiration to all women.
