Melanie has an absolute heart of gold! It is an honor and privilege to be amongst her presence as a client. Melanie was first hired as our doula in 2022 and a 2nd time in a row in 2024. As soon as I called to deliver the news about my 2nd pregnancy she had our due date penciled on her calendar and saved a slot for us to be on call. Our baby was due around the holidays and she said she didn’t care, she will be at the birth as long as God allows it.
Melanie is without a doubt a huge factor in how I was able to have the births that I wanted! With Melanie by our side we now have had 2 successful vaginal home births. She has also encapsulated my placentas in tonic and pill form and also made us the most beautiful framed artwork for our nurseries.
She truly loves what she does for a living and it translates to all aspects of her life. She prays over her clients, speaks words of encouragement, shows up and she is always working for us even behind the scenes. She is talented, honest, smart, funny and humble.
