Haley offered a grounding, calming, and reassuring presence throughout my labor and delivery. I really appreciated that she offered comfort measures and suggestions without being asked, and also supported my husband in his role as a birth partner. She gave us reassurance when I was feeling discouraged, as well as hands-on support that made a huge difference in my sense of comfort during some of the toughest stretches of labor. When my labor stalled, Haley suggested positions and movements to help my labor progress. She understood when my body needed to rest and when I should try something new to help move labor along. She was both confident and gentle, and added such a sense of peace and spiritual strength to our experience. It was such a gift to have her supporting and guiding us through the labor!
