We loved having Lizzy as our doula. She prepared us well for the birth and was very responsive to any questions we had. During labor it was great to have her remind us to eat and drink and to give my husband a break as well. I also love love love that she took some videos and pictures of the birth. I've watched the video of my daughter being born so many times already and will cherish it forever.
