We were first time parents, and my husband really looked forward to our doula meetings as Amanda made it easy to digest the material and made us feel comfortable enough to ask any question. During labor, Amanda coached us through the experience at home and gave us the confidence to make decisions that were right for us. In the end, we had a birth that was more magical than we could have even imagined.
