This was my second birth and my second with Rachel Ogea as my doula. Rachel asked me what my expectations and goals were this time around. And WOW, were they exceeded!
Throughout my pregnancy Rachel Ogea guided me through different stretches and techniques to assist with comfort and to prepare my body for labor. If I had questions, she would answer them. When I had worries, she would help ease those worries. I felt so strong and empowered after my daughter’s birth, it was truly an amazing experience.
Not only is she knowledgeable about her job, but she is so passionate about it too. And that’s exactly the type of person you need in your corner when it’s go time. It was such a blessing to have her there with me again!
