We had an amazing time working with Barbie. As first time parents we were clueless going into the pregnancy and birth experience and Barbie was there for us every step of the way. She would sit with us for hours during the 3rd trimester to truly get to know us, our birth preferences and she was very meticulous with her explanations about the hospital process and procedures. I truly do not know how we would have survived the birth experience at the hospital without Barbie. She was there with us right from the second we entered the hospital and stayed with us the entire day explaining every little detail. She was not just there for the birth mother, she stayed alongside me as the partner and did everything she could to calm my nerves. Our birth experience at the hospital went significantly smoother because of Barbie. Even after our baby was home, she spent hours with us helping us navigate 4th trimester.
