So happy we choose Marcia again for our second birth! She took time to get to know our toddler and gave us recommendations for a sitter for her since we don't have any family in town. Marcia arrived right after I got in the tub and gave me all the encouragement I needed. During transition I wanted to stay in the tub so bad and not change positions but my birth team all encouraged me to sit on the toilet which was where my water broke and then baby arrived only a few minutes after getting back in the tub. She helped me control my breathing and encouraged me to take a few breaks between pushing. She took some amazing pictures that I will cherish forever. Before she left she warmed up some food for me and assisted with breastfeeding too. Her postpartum services were wonderful as well. I loved being able to text her whenever I had a random question and it was so great to see her again a week later and chat once a week on the phone. We've had some breastfeeding struggles and Marcia always listed and gave me some great advice, encouragement and helpful recommendations for people to see like a lactation consultant and chiropractor! We have been so blessed with all her help!!
