From the very beginning I was certain I knew exactly how my birth would go. Fortunately, we booked Sofia because a few weeks before we were due we got the word that not only were we to be induced at 37 weeks but we couldn't have our son at the birthing center. Sofia showed up for us and not only helped reassure us that our birth would be beautiful but provided a completely new plan that reset our mindset and put us in the right path. Through labor, she was a beautiful reminder that my body knew what to do and helped me relax and get much further than I expected, helped us make informed decisions, and was a helping hand. Postpartum care has been exceptional with our placenta capsules and our visits, she remains a friendly face to help us through the tough nice and we know she's a text away if we have any questions! I cannot recommend her enough if you're having anxieties ??
