Michelle is outstanding. While she wasn't lucky enough to be on shift for my wife's labour, I'm sure she would have done a fantastic job if she was. I say this because my wife and I were able to develop a relationship with both her and her doula partner, Heather during the pregnancy. We were confident that no matter who we ended up with, we would be in good hands.
Michelle is gentle and compassionate and she brought a very empathetic and comforting presence to all of our meetings. Even though she wasn't there for the birth, we knew that she was only a call or text away if we needed help during the pregnancy, and postpartum phase.
The fact that Michelle is also a massage therapist is awesome. Definitely a huge benefit when my wife needed some work done during the pregnancy.
I can't say enough good things about the Michelle + Heather doula team. I could ramble on for hours...and definitely have done so to all of our friends and family.
