After interviewing multiple doulas and feeling very discouraged with who we were finding, a friend recommended Justine at Midwest Doulas. My husband and I interviewed with her and immediately felt connected to her. Justine and her team were amazing during our prenatal visits and helped us feel very prepared for what was to come. Despite our birth going completely off course due to some medical reasons outside of our control, Justine helped us to feel in control of the process the whole time and own our birth story regardless of it not being what we imagined or planned for. She was an incredie support during active labor and coach during pushing. My husband is very grateful she was there despite not knowing what a doula was when we started interviewing them. He is now recommending Justine to all of his friends for when their partners give birth.
