Erica's expertise as a lactation consultant was also helpful. Erica was able to provide continued guidance and support on breastfeeding positions, and pumping and helped me understand my baby's cues during the first few weeks when I felt somewhat overwhelmed.
Most importantly, we felt safe having Erica help with our little one. Her knowledge and skills made us feel comfortable with the overall process. Lastly, Erica is just an amazing person to talk to and we will all miss her!
