I decided to reach out for a doula after I found out I was pregnant with my 2nd child. My first birth was a bit tramatic for my husband and I. We both felt some extra support could benefit both of us. Let me tell you, it was the best decision we did! Kali was our doula during our pregnancy and she was PHENOMENAL. As soon as I did an inquiry, she met with me and answered all of my questions. She continued to follow up with me as the weeks progressed. She met with my husband and I and made sure we felt comfortable and all of our questions were answered before our time was complete. Kali sent me follow up emails and exercises that would benefit me as I was getting closer to welcoming our little one earth side. When the time came to go to the hospital, Kali was texting me throughout the process checking in, making sure my questions were answered and preparing me for the absolute best. when I needed her in person, she was there. She stayed with my husband and I until we were comfortable with her leaving. She was so supportive and encouraging when I was at my weakest points, she gave great advice, advocated for me when I was too weak, and was so supportive not only to me, but to my husband as well. Kali has a gift as to what she does. She definitely is called to do what she does. She is so empowering and there is no doubt I will be having her when the time comes for our family to grow in size again. Forever thankful for my experience with Kali.
