Neysha was my birth and postpartum doula, and was so integral in helping me achieve my birth goals. I wanted a natural birth with minimal intervention, and with this pregnancy I had more back pain than the previous. Her expertise in using comfort measures and other massage techniques helped me a lot in reducing back pain during labor. She was also instrumental in prenatal helping me set up my birth area for jy home birth. With postpartum, i had a lot of bleeding after birth so Neysha was super helpful in caring for my baby while i was getting fluids at the hospital as well as other postpartum care that i needed. I would wholeheartedly Neysha to any of my pregnant friends!! She is gem :)
