My husband and I took a prenatal class with her to prepare for the birth of our first child which ended up being one of the best decisions we made during my pregnancy! We came to the course pretty nervous and clueless and left feeling a lot more comfortable about what was to come. We learned so much about what my body was going to be doing to prepare for birth, what different things should feel like and were given a list of options we would likely be presented with by doctors so we could research and be better prepared with our preferences for the delivery process.
