Words can't describe how perfect Lizzy was for us. I had some unexpected things come up during my pregnancy, and she was so generous with her time. I felt so much support during my pregnancy. She holds such an amazing calm space when she is with you. I remember every time she would come over for a prenatal visit, and I was left feeling so excited, peaceful, and empowered. She also gave me great tips and resources for helping me flip my breech baby at 32 weeks.
When labor started, I was checking into triage at the hospital during the transition phase of labor, and the staff didn't allow extra people in that room. I called her on the phone (she was in the waiting room), and she was the most calming, comforting presence even through the phone. I remember telling my husband, 'I just need to talk to Lizzy.' She was such a comfort to me. When we got to our delivery room, she had the space all set up with tea lights and soft music. I instantly felt relaxed and refreshed. During labor, I had lots of unexpected surprises and things to navigate. I had to change my delivery plan completely for the safety of my little one. Her support left me feeling so empowered and calm. Lizzy is such a blessing. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone, and I would have her at any of my future births! Love you, Lizzy <3
