As first time parents with no family nearby, she was an incredible resource for everything from lactation to baby gear and postpartum nutrition, and it was so nice to have someone come to our home (instead of going crazy googling everything!) She’s also so responsive over email for any questions in between sessions. Can't imagine our postpartum experience without her - I felt so much more empowered and informed after our time with her - and she had such a lovely, calming and nourishing energy that was so helpful to get through the early days and weeks.
