I cannot recommend working with a Doula and specifically Barbie French enough. In our modern, fast paced and somewhat disconnected society, the pregancy and birthing journey has lost touch with the wisdom and support systems needed to navigate through so many of the challenges with a clear mind and confidence. Barbie gifted us these things, and so much more. She became a mentor, an 'auntie', an amazing friend and the most dependable source of calmness and knowledge that we relied upon throughout the entire experience. She possesses an absolutely incredible dedication and whole hearted conviction in her work, and after experiencing this journey with her and our first child, I cannot think of a situation where we all need such a beaming light of love and support more then the pregnancy and birthing journey. Forever grateful for her hard work, dedication, love and support.
